Pilates for Men

Physio led Pilates for men is on Thursday Evenings in Haslemere at St. Hughes Education Centre, Holy Cross Hospital, Hindhead Rd., Haslemere. I find it particularly useful in strengthening and improving flexibility in the hips and lower back region, a region us men often struggle with.
